Hi! My name is Maria, and I’m a junior at Mount St. Joseph University majoring in Liberal Arts English, with minors in Communications and New Media Studies and Creative Writing. I have always had a passion for writing and storytelling, and I’m especially interested in how those skills can be used to connect people, brands and audiences.

My love for fashion has inspired me to explore the public relations side of the fashion industry. Through this blog, I hope to highlight the creativity, strategy and storytelling that go into building a fashion brand and shaping the way people connect with it. Fashion can be used to communicate personal identity, create trends and influence culture beyond the clothes themselves.

Outside of academics and fashion, you could probably find me spending time in nature, reading, or listening to music. Having multiple creative outlets  inspires and allows me to slow down, explore my creativity and appreciate the world around me. Fashion is another form of creative expression for me, and I strive to use my personal style to express who I am, what inspires me and how I see the world.
